I am filing my son's tax return and am receiving message that it is a duplicate of one already received. I am advised to contact customer support, but am unable to find a number or email to contact customer support. I purchased the premier desktop version this year to file our taxes.
Additionally, the message ends with a "Looks like we've had a technical hiccup. Try e-filing again. If that doesn't work, you can print your return and file by mail."
How many times should I try e-filing again? What is this possible technical hiccup?
