Report the W-2 as it is, if it is correct.
If unsure it is correct, call the HR department where you worked and then they should issue you a corrected W-2, which would be a W-2C.
They should be able to tell you if the W-2 includes are the wages. Many times my last check is paper when I leave a job, so that part is not unusual.
