Received more than one W2 from same employer

I received 3 W2 from same employer. Same control number. Same OMB number. same 

First W2, has all boxes with information.

Other 2, are blank from box 1-13, and each of them have different items and numbers in 14-other.

Should I upload the 3 forms to turbotax? and how should i complete the information?

Enter the W-2 that has all the information in boxes 1 -13 manually.  Then enter the information from the other W-2's for box 14 on that W-2.  You can add more than one box 14, click on Add another box 14 item.
