Received LTR 12C requesting Form 8962 & 1095-A. Ex-husband had Mktplace health for fam last Jan/Feb. Divorced Dec., filed separately. Do I need to just tell the IRS this?

Yes, you must file the 8962 for the two months you had marketplace insurance.
