I received a UC-1099G and a 1099-G, do report (and input) each one separately?

If the forms are reporting different amounts, you should enter both of them.  The 1099-G may be reporting a state tax refund or something other than UC.

If the forms are for the exact same amount, you should only enter the UC-1099G as it contains the most accurate details for entry to your tax return.

    Thank you!

The 1099-G shows a value in Box 6 (Taxable grants), and nothing in Box 1 (Unemployment compensation).

Is Box 6 considered "Unemployment or Paid Family Leave Compensation Received" in the TurboTax application?
