Received an email from Turbo Tax that my 2017 taxes are ready to file as soon as I add the AGI which I now have. I cannot access my 2017 tax file. How do I do this?

There are different ways you can access your prior year return if you don’t have it saved.

You can:

Order a free tax return transcript online or by mail from the IRS that has a lot (but not all) of the information from last year’s return (not all people are able to do this).
Pay the IRS $50 for a copy of your return.
