Having the same problem. TT email said forms are ready. Jones account says forms are ready and figures are final. Connecting TT gives "forms are not ready" message.
Sometimes the email that the program updates are ready goes out before the actual program updates are applied. In that case it is best to come back the next day in case the program isn't updated til later at night.
Thanks for your reply. I figured out the problem was that my Edward Jones financial advisor's office had made both of my wife's and my individual accounts accessible online, but not our joint account. Once I requested they make the joint account also accessible online, TT was able to download the information with no issue.
