Received a 1099c for cancellation of debt , on the amend 2017 1099c misc. form the boxes are totally different. What can I do to file this information?

Form 1099-C is different from Form 1099-MISC which is for reporting miscellaneous income.

1099-C for canceled debt is NOT the same form as a 1099-MISC, so yes, the boxes are different.
