Is living in an American House Senior Living facility considered a cooperative housing corporation? They do report to me my portion of the real estate tax for me to use in getting my Michigan Homestead Tax Refund.

No. It is not a cooperative, it is a senior living facility. It is privately owned so it is not a cooperative.
American House is a corporation with senior housing facilities in several states.

It doesn't matter. You are not the owner of the property or any part of the property. That means that you can't deduct any part of your rent as property taxes on your federal return. The fact that part of your rent is considered "property taxes" for a state property tax credit is a separate state benefit.
