Your federal tax return was rejected (multiple times)
IND-032-04 - 'SpousePriorYearPIN' or 'SpousePriorYearAGIAmt' in the Return Header must match the e-File database.
My spouse died in 2019.
I have verified that prior year AGI entry was correct (even tried it at zero).
How do I determine what is in the "e-File database" and enter it into my "Return Header" ?

E-filing is not an option if one of the filers on Joint Return is deceased.
You must print returns and file by mail.

I have put in the correct (same as mine) AGI, and AGI of zero.
On the Federal Information worksheet I added Spouse's PIN, Spouses prior year PIN, Drivers license info, and every combination and permutation of the above choices.
The Federal tax return is still rejected.
What is the next option in this process of filing Tax returns?
