You can download TurboTax for prior years to prepare prior years tax returns.

TurboTax is no longer available for 2014 tax year.

What is the replacement or fix for tt2014.

I wish to download for this year (2014) to prepare federal and state.

@amelia1009   2014 software is no longer available nor is it supported.  You can only get the software for the past three tax years, which are now 2016, 2017 and 2018.  It is too late to get a tax refund for a 2014 tax return, but if you owe tax due the IRS wants to be paid.  You could seek local paid tax help or get the forms from theIRS/state sites and prepare them by hand.
