I purchased and downloaded turbotax deluxe. can i download it's deductible into it?

I'm using Turbo Tax 2019.  It won't automatically download to the software when after I answered "Yes" to "Did you make any donations to charity.  I'm still using Windows 7.  Could that be the issue here?

Windows 7 meets the minimum requirements for TurboTax software.
