Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

Sorry, I am very new to this and was unable to call the company nor find a chat to help with my frustration.
I have been trying to talk to a human about my return which was rejected by the IRS.
When I was doing my taxes I had a question but the only response was a robotic
algorithmic checklist that didn't help.
The IRS pointed out the problem and I understand the mistake that was caused by TurboTax's
poor explanation of the line item.
All is good with the IRS but I will not be using TurboTax next year due to their poor customer
communication. There are plenty of other services out there so my 10 year loyalty is now ended.
