First of all I NEVER received any email about Turbo tax not working with Windows 10. So I purchased the Federal download and to my surprise it will not install. Gives me two options to upgrade to Windows 11 (I can't right now due to other programs) or do my taxes online, which will be cold day in somewhere before I do that. So now I just wasted money. I was on another intuit turbo tax site reading and there were posts that said it would load by admins but just give you a security warning. When I said mine didn't even install they asked me if I was using Turbo Tax US or Turbo Tax Canada? So you are screwing us Americans and feel sorry for the Canadians? WTH

H&R Block and TaxAct both support Windows 10, so you could try one of those programs.
BTW, if you read the system requirements before you purchased the software, the fact that TurboTax desktop required Windows 11 was quite obvious.
Found out that the Canadian version of 2025 Turbo tax will work with Windows 10, but they recommend Windows 11. Not sure why they would they would do it that way. Should be the same for everyone.
