No one knows yet.  At worst, you would get a check in the mail and it could be delayed compared to other taxpayers.  At best, the IRS and the banks will figure out something clever (but do you expect the IRS or banks to be clever?)

 

According to the bank used for refund processing, they are in discussions with the IRS about this issue.

If you used "Pay with my Refund", the IRS will not have your banking information.  The IRS and SBTG are discussing the matter, and a resolution should be made very soon.
