Will the IRS Form 8995 be available today? That is all I am waiting on to file and it says available to file 1/19/2023, but is still not letting me go past that point.

In a recent (as in the past hour) update in the desktop version, the form is available (whether issues have been completely resolved is a different matter).

If you are using an online version, there could be a delay.

it depends on when Turbotax updates the program.  even if you submit it today Turbotax stores your return until the IRS actually opens e-filing now scheduled for 1/23/2023

You can also try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, clear your browser's cache and delete cookies then log back in to see if the form is available.
