Why?  Where do you get stuck?  You have to pay the fees first with a credit card to print.  You can't have them deducted from your refund.

Oh, you said you were trying to mail it.  Which means to print and mail.you don't need the AGI for that.

When did you file 2017?  If it was late in the year try putting in zero for the AGI.  And see,

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.
