i just bought and downloaded a new 2020 turbotax premier and it will not open. computer message says it is read only

Big Sur is not currently showing on the requirements.

I purchased a Turbotax Premier at Costco to use on my 2 yr. old MacBook Pro with Big Sur...no CD. Previous years, I downloaded using the license code. This year, I can't find that option on line. What are my options?
