To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -

I just wanted to buy the California State Tax file but I was charged for the premium file also . I already had bought this file from Staples store in Feb. and did't need it to just get the CA tax file. I want the $116.83 I was charged reversed on my VISA charge ASAP This is wrong. Please let me know by email when this done. I have been a member for many years and have put your system onto many friends.

I ws charged foe the state $40.80 and also charged for the Federal file which I already owned because I had bought it from staples in Feb. and didn't need to buy it again.
Last November my Visa card was temporarily suspended due to a large charge that the bank questioned. During that time my turbotax charge was denied. The visa card is good but when I tried to charge it three times yesterday (1/14)you refused to do it. Then I switched to a MasterCard which you charged, and then you charged my Visa. Please remove the Visa charge.
