I live in Yonkers, NY. I work in Brooklyn, NY. I got the W2 form , and found there 2 lines on box 20. One says Yonkers, NY (Res), and the other says New York, NY (RES). I work in Brooklyn but live only in Yonkers. After filling out the W2, TurboTax asks me "Which locality is "Yonkers, NY (RES) of XXX(Amount) for?" and "Which Locality is "New York, NY(RES) of XXX(amount) for?" Both question, I have to choose either Yonkers or New York City. I don't know which I should put...

If you reside in Yonkers, you are not a NYC resident and are not required to pay NYC taxes. Indicate Yonkers as your locality for both. The amounts withheld will be reported and reconciled on your New York State return.
