Why didn't I get my refund advance? I feel like i was mislead. If I don't get it this is my last year filing with TT period. They made it sound guaranteed.

I did and they are telling me I didn't apply for it. And that was after I contacted CK and TT. Both said to contact the other party. No one knows what they're doing. I was told there is no help for me. People need to be warned. Do not file with them if the refund advance is something you were looking for. I feel scammed entirely. 7+ years of filing and now I just can't come back after this.

I am 100 percent positive I applied and I did not receive any notice of not being pre approved. I was lead to believe the whole time I was getting the advance. It was deception. I won't budge on that.

100% accurate. Sounds like you and I have both been scammed. They lied to us. Can't wait to blast this info all over the internet. Won't ever be using them again either.
