Your post shows that you are logged in through the online Self Employed version which is the most expensive paid version and is not accessed through the IRS web site. To access the free file, you must have a totally different log in which is not the same as the log in to the TurboTax paid products.
Here is how you would have accessed the IRS free file site: https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2026912-how-do-i-switch-to-turbotax-free-file-program
If you think the charge was incorrect, you can contact TurboTax support using this link: https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899263-what-is-the-turbotax-phone-number
You can only set up a phone contact from 5 AM to 5 PM Pacific time on weekdays.
Not sure what you did, but you had to have made some kind of mistake that got you into the paid software instead of using the Free File program. If you correctly used the Freedom Edition, it would be literally impossible to get into a paid version of the software. You are posting from online Self-Employed, which is a paid version of online TurboTax. If you have not already filed, you can abandon the paid version of the software and use the Freedom Edition IF you qualify. In order to use the Freedom Edition you have to enter the site and use a different account and user ID. You cannot use the same account you used for Self-Employed. And--if you do not qualify to use Freedom Edition you will NOT be able to upgrade from it to a paid version.
You qualify if your income was $34,000 or less, or $66,000 or less if active duty military, or if you qualify for Earned Income Credit
