What 2017 TurboTax product were you charged for, and when? Are you referring to a fee you paid for 2017 Online TurboTax last year, or did you buy 2017 desktop software (CD/download)?

Please clarify. Are you needing to file the 2017 return? If so, at this point in time, it can only be prepared in the 2017 desktop software (CD/download), and has to be printed and mailed. A 2017 return cannot be efiled.
