This is mainly a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support, but we may be able to comment, once you explain your situation.   We don't know what you've done and are referring to.

What 2017 TurboTax product were you charged for, and when?   Are you referring to a fee you paid for 2017 Online TurboTax last year, or did you buy 2017 desktop software (CD/download)?

Please clarify.   Are you needing to file the 2017 return?  If so, at this point in time, it can only be prepared in the 2017 desktop software (CD/download), and has to be printed and mailed.  A 2017 return cannot be efiled.
