Why am I only receiving a $1400 tax credit

What credit did you receive that is "only" for $1400?   We cannot see your tax return.

Why am I only receiving a $1400 tax credit

Are your referring to Stimulus #3?  This one comes to you separately (and automatically), not as part of your 2020 tax refund.
