where to file GWG Wind Down Trust income(loss) etc

If you select K1 it asks if you have the form with all the numbered information. I just have this one piece of paper from GWG. I don't know how to enter it.

If it is a Grantor Information Statement then you enter each individually stated item of income, deduction, etc., in the program during the Step-by-Step (i.e., Interview).
