Your taxpayer ID is your Social Security number. Not sure what you are asking about--what "case" number --for what?

sure the case number being talked about is for getting refund on CD/downloads that dont work i have same issues this year turbo tax is a joke fast and simple my a__.

I completed the form for a refund on my Turbotax Deluxe product, but there is not a button to submit the form to Intuit? How do I get this form to Intuit & receive a case number? Also when I mail the CD do I have to insure it? I changed to a chromebook & this won't work with Chrome.
