If you received a notice, you should mail your Amendment (Form 1040-X) along with Forms 1095-A and 8965 to the address listed on the IRS letter that you received.

If you didn't receive an IRS letter or no longer have it, you should mail your Amendment to the address based on your resident state: Where to File Form 1040-X.
