What kind of income?   There are various screens to enter various kinds of income.   TurboTax will follow the tax laws as to whether the income is tax-free.

Where do I enter tax free income for the IRS & state?

I am referring to Tax free income from a Vanguard Mutual fund owned by a trust and reported in a K-1

Where do I enter tax free income for the IRS & state?

A  mutual fund that owns tax free bonds for IRS reporting but are taxes by the state.  Such income is reported in a K-1.
