When will the Schedule I form for wisconsin be available?

Can Turbotax email me when Wisconsin Schedule I is finalized? I have been trying to send my taxes in for over a week but Turbotax won't let me as that schedule has not been finalized by Turbotax.

The website says it's available but even after updating multiple times the software still says DO NOT FILE.

I filed my WI  taxes successfully on 2/6 and they were accepted the same day.
