When I login, it tells me I filed for 2019 taxes, but I didn’t and can’t do anything. Have I been hacked?

I am sorry you are having this problem, we don't have access to your TurboTax account here on the Community Board, however, is it possible that you filed in error?  You can review the return that was filed by following these instructions:

1. While in your Tax Home,
2. Tax Tools on the left hand side of your screen,
3. Select Tools,
4. Select View Tax Summary,
5. Select Preview my 1040 on the left hand side of your screen.

Check the status of the return (if it was really filed), when you log into your TurboTax Online account, your filing status should be displayed on your homepage. You can also use our e-file status lookup tool to get your current status

. 

You can check activity in your account.

• Log into your TurboTax account
• Click on Intuit Account in the lower left corner,
• Click on the Security tab
• Click View on the Account Activity line.

  You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

SAVE YOUR TAX RETURN !

EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records.  That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.
