On a 1099-MISC, rent payments for real estate are entered in Box 1, not rent payments for personal property (which would generally be entered in Box 3, if required).

K-1 for rental property. TT asks how many days it was rented. Fill in value and run Fed review. Says days rented shouldn't have a value because it is a royalty property ?
