If you are using Turbo Live and selected for an expert to review your return, prior to submitting your return, you will be able to choose from one of two options:

You can talk live in a one-way video call with a tax expert at a time that’s convenient for you (you'll be able to see the expert, but they won't see you). You can share your screen with your tax expert and go over a part of your return together.
You can get a written response to questions or concerns about an area of your taxes that you'd like a tax expert to look over. A tax expert will respond in writing within 24 hours.
