Sorry, but this is a user community forum, so no one here knows anything yet about what you're talking about.  This appears to be your first question.   I don't see that you have asked any other questions in this community forum--at least not under that same profile name.

If you explain your situation, someone may be able to comment.  This is a public Internet forum, so don't post any personal info.

In the meantime, here's some info with some things to check:

If you efiled, you should double-check to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted.
If you used Online TurboTax, you can sign into your Online Account and check the efile status at the Tax Home.

If that showed it was accepted, you can use the "Where's My Refund" tool at the IRS website below to monitor the status of your Federal refund.
https://www.irs.gov/Refunds

TIPS when using the IRS WMR tool:

  • Be sure you have waited at least 24 hours after acceptance before using the IRS WMR tool.  Or if you filed a paper return in postal mail, wait at least 4 weeks before using it.
  • Be sure you enter the correct SSN and filing status.
  • Be sure you are using only the Federal refund amount.   Do not include any state refund or any total refund or net refund (Fed and State) that TurboTax may have provided on a screen.
  • Also be sure you are using the Federal amount before any TurboTax fees are taken out (if you chose that option.)
  • Look at your actual Federal return to get the Federal refund amount, i.e., your Form 1040, Line 35a.
  • You can also try phoning the IRS refund hotline.  I've seen it work for some users when the WMR tool didn't.  800-829-1954

IRS is slow on processing some 1040s and fast on others.

The reason is a mystery but I'm pretty sure it has something to do with using TurboTax. Just my opinion.

@fanfare has nothing to do with using TurboTax.  nothing at all. returns filed by every professional and every other software platform on Earth are experiencing the same delays.  The only reason more are happening with TurboTax is that more returns are filed with TurboTax than any other software.  That's how numbers work.

Victim of everything?!?  With that attitude, no wonder!  lol

TurboTax has lots of problems this year.

I can't use it because it calculates the wrong taxable amount on my tax return.

Many have posted here that the IRS REJECTS them with TurboTax but ACCEPTS them with other tax software providers.

I have no reason to disbelieve them even if Turbotax "experts" do.

User error, plain and simple - or a timing issue.  But that's not even the issue at hand here.
