Only options to complete my turbo tax filing is to pay direct debit or pay by check by April 18.

You can select the option to pay by check and then actually go to the IRS website and make the payment directly to them for the amount on your installment plan. Please be sure to select that it is for your 2021 return and not for estimated payments for your 2022 taxes. IRS Payments
