You can file your 2017 taxes without a problem. Help and guidance with doing so will be provided below. If it is a copy of your already filed 2017 return help with obtaining that has been provided for you also.

I have purchased TurboTax Deluxe tax year 2017 with download with state, unable to download on iPad. I want to file tax for 2017. Can you help please

Sorry you need a full Windows or Mac computer.  You can not install Turbo Tax Desktop program on an iPad.  Can you use a family or friends computer?  Otherwise you can ask for a refund.

When you fill out the from use the word BILLING ISSUES instead of the word “refund.”

Don’t forget your state.  And you will have to print and mail your returns.  So be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

You can NOT download and install any year on an iPad.  You can only install Turbo Tax on a full Windows or full Mac computer.
