Update individual Schedule C & form 8995

I don't know why individual Schedule C, form 8995, CA form 540, and CA sch C wks are not available now.  I have updated the software.  Is there any issue and I made a mistake?

Were you able to download the schedule c and form 8995? I also need to download these forms and form 8829, but unable to. What is the problem with turbo tax download? The forms are approved and ready for filing.

Try manually updating your Turbo Tax and see if those forms will become available. 

If you're having trouble updating your TurboTax 2019 for Windows Individual software using the "Check for Updates" method, you can get the latest federal program update here:

1. Close TurboTax and all other programs except this browser window.

1. Click here to download the 184 MB update.

1. Save the update file to your Windows desktop.
2. Double-click the update file w_perrelsuperpatch... on your desktop to install the manual update.

Tried to update online in the program, also downloaded this manual update. Update says TurboTax 2019 not installed. Can't find any way to update these forms so I can e-file.

You might consider uninstalling the 2019 Turbo Tax Home and Business product and then reinstall. You may wish to contact phone support so they can view your screen to see why this is occurring.   Please select this link for information to contact phone support. Also if Turbo Tax phone support can determine if you are running a turbo Tax application, ask them if they can push you a clean copy of Turbo Tax home and business. If you are running a CD version of Turbo Tax Home and Business, the disk may have been corrupted if purchased from a third-party retailer.
