I updated my credit card info on Oct 18th.  I received another confirmation request at 8:01am Oct 31st.  Has my info been up dated?

I call on land line  and talked to a person we went through the credit card  old # we changed it to my new card # to-day recived an E.mail to ck  ?

Upon trying to update my credit card info for the second time, it was not accepted. Please correct or I will have to cancel my account.

If you have any type of billing issue you have to contact TurboTax support during business hours.

Support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday
