I spoke to a rep about a month ago to update my credit card info and ship my TurboTax. I have not received it nor have been charged.

If you have any type of billing issue you have to contact TurboTax support during business hours.

i would like to update my credit card information but cant find it on line. I just payed the 200 dollar credit on 3-20-2020 and want my card to go to a po box instead of my physical address. Or a way to track it so i am prepared to be home
Please click the link below for assistance with your TurboTax Visa Debit Card. When you call the phone number, don't choose option 2. The system will repeat itself a few times, then you will get more options.
