Unauthorized charge

I was charged for turbotax online deluxe prep and state prep totaling $80. I put my credit card information in but have not filed or agreed to any charges. I have not decided if I want to pay now or have it come out of my refund. I read that you won't get charged until you file or wish to print your information. Neither of which I have done yet. I would like to fix this.

I was completing my Turbo Tax for free when I was finished they charged my credit card $175

I was mislead into thinking I was not going to be charged. I still have not given authorization to fill

If you do not qualify for the Free Edition the system will ask you to upgrade. You may have upgraded and not realized. 

You can see what you are being charged for. Click on Tax Tools from the Menu on the left side in your return. Click Tools then My Fees.

They same thing happened to me yesterday as well. Why am I being charged 140$ when I never even submitted my taxes to be filed. I am currently on waiting with customer service.

I did not authorize a $78 charge. I put in my information. And baked out before paying. I went with credit Karma because it was free. Please refund my money. I will no longer be using TurboTax and into it because they charge thank you

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
