Unable to E file with Turbo Tax premier Software

Done filling the details. But when trying to submit for E-Filing , The following is the message received: Your  Transmission Didn't Go Through.

 

Tries exiting the application and reopening the application. But no success.

Have been using Turbo Tax for filing since last 3-4 Years.

 

Appreciate any quick help.

Try clearing your browser cache and temporary files before resubmitting, also, you can try switching to a different browser, i.e. if using Internet Explorer, switch to Google or Firefox and try again.

When you have followed the previous directions on clearing your browser did you shut down and restart your computer after clearing your browser?

Using the app and is not browser based. The app is updated.

Can some one help online to submit it?

when filed jointly last year with income from only one person, the Spouse's AGI will it be 0 or will be the same as  primary?

If you filed jointly in 2018, your spouse's AGI will be the same as your AGI.
