TutboTax Deluxe 2019 is crashing on Win7 when it gets to 1099INT. I am not going to switch to Win10. How do I get my money back?

something to consider.  I also have win7  and calling TT has not helped with problems.  next year I'm sure you won't be able to use TT without win10 or a MAC.
