Did you go to your Chase online account and verify the routing number is the same as what you have entered?
Some banks have different routing numbers for direct deposit or direct debit that are different than the routing number on a check or a bank card.
I'm wondering the same thing, it's not accepting the chase routing number I've used for the last 10 years. I've checked 10 times, I re-entered the number, copy and pasted.
Which program are you using? If you are using TurboTax online, you might try to clear your cache and cookies as a first step before trying again.
