My TurboTax download appears to be corrupt. I start it up, then open my partially completed return. It says my state files are not on this computer and asks me to download them. When I hit the button, it opens a new TT window for the download. The new screen is white. It never does anything.
Note: I started my return on another computer. Then purchased a new computer. I am now working on the new computer. I have also tried repairing the application with the TT repair program; and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application.
