Turbotax 2019 home/business is downloading ok,but doesn't install. Is installing a installation file 428kbs large

why doesn't this installation file work? is it the right size or what could be stoping the installation.

No thanks yet.  Have used this software for years and never had a problem installing like this!  TT Business 2019 installs perfectly (showing you the system is OK), but w_turbotax_1040_hab_tta_[phone number removed].exe simply says "This app is not for this pc.  Contact your vendor to find a product for Windows 10".  I have worked through every step of your install help guide: my windows 10 is up to date, firewall and antivirus is off, disk defragged, I have admin rights, did limited restart.  This is simply not the correct software for a PC under windows 10!!

I am having same issue.  Windows 10.  Talked with customer support - they sent me a new download link.  Exact same issue with that.
