Turbo tax stated my return was complete and ready to submit for the tax year 2019. However, the IRS sent me a request for forms 8962 and 1095-A. What do I do?

Why was turbo tax approving my return and yet the irs asking for more forms?

That happens a lot.  You didn't enter your 1095A form.

If the IRS is requesting form 8962 see

If you had health insurance through one of the state Marketplace Exchanges you should have entered the form 1095-A you received for the insurance when asked by the program.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for the Form 8962 and Form 1095-A as requested by the IRS for tax year 2019 - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/health-care/help/the-irs-is-requesting-form-8962/01/27409
