The link is absolutely worthless. Takes me back to the page "Where to find your code". I have the code. The field is not allowing more than a few digits entry, whereas the code is 12 characters plus.

Are you in the US or Canada? The USA License Code is 16 digits. Can you post a screenshot of where you are trying to enter it? You might have to call in for that.
