Turbo Tax 2019 forms

I used  Turbo Tax 2018 and filed my return.  I paid for turbo tax 2019.  My problem is that you do not see my turbo tax 2018 which is completed so every time I request the 2019 forms I am given 2018 forms. Please release the 2019 tax forms to me as the 2018 taxes have been completed.

Did you download, install and update the 2019 downloaded/CD program ?

We have not installed turbo tax 2019 forms yet.  Still refuses to let us do this.

I'm confused.  Are you asking about the Desktop CD/Download program or the Online web version?  Online doesn't open until December.

If you bought the 2019 Desktop program where do you get stuck?  And Windows or Mac?  Did you download the program?  This year you need to enter a License Code to install it.

And when did you buy 2019?  You might have bought the 2018 program again.  If you try to start a new return does it ask for 2017 to transfer?

I was referring to the online forms. I guess I am ahead of schedule.  The message sent to me gave me the impression that the forms were now available.

If you paid for the 2019 program then you bought the downloaded version since you cannot have paid for the 2019 online version yet ... check your emailed receipt ... what did you recently buy ?  

If it was the download version then follow the instructions in that email to get the download.

I bought the 2019 Turbo Tax program November 8, 2019 and it indicated that I could download the 2019 program.
