TN is my state for box 15 but it does not show up in the dropbox. However, there are wages listed in box 16. What do I do?

Tennessee does not appear in the dropdown window because they do not have an income tax, so it is not needed.

Leave all boxes 15, 16 & 17 BLANK, empty.
