This is absurd. I have tried EVERY number on the site. I have gotten multiple support id numbers and have not once after three hours been able to talk to real person. I have a question the useless automated system can not answer so it kicks me off every phone call. I NEED TO SPEAK TO A REAL PERSON WHY IS THIS IMPOSSIBLE? Why do I pay for a service like this? Nine years I have used Turbo Tax. NEVER AGAIN! I am taking all the businesses I run with me and the classes I teach self tax preparation to will now learn to use H&R. I'd rather pay more than be treated like this.

I did my taxes Feb 3, 2021. They were received Feb 12 2021 Now the information still says Still working on, estimated refund date March  5,2021.. Today is March 13, 2021 What is going on I show a amount due to turbo tax for $125.00 when it is suppose to be free!!!!! This is rediclous I have never had a problem with my taxes in all my previous years.. I ask for assistance for an answer to my question on line and get sent to so called Pro tax people and they want me to pay them for the answers to my questions.. I am disabled on disability and cashed out a small retirement amount i forgot i had to buy a car.. Taxes were taken out for the cash out otherwise i do not file taxes.. So an answer should be quick and easy!!!!!
