Tax owed went up $1400 after updating program

I just updated the program as directed before filing and the tax I owe went up about $1400. No changes were made to the completed return. 

Can you tell me why?

mine did the same but then I reimported from It's Deductible and it went back down plus the added deductions.

I entered my info manually. Rechecking and reentering did not change anything.
